IABC’s 2024 Conference

In a world where psychology often overshadows the supremacy of Christ, the church is at a crossroads, grappling with the question of sufficiency. Has the allure of humanistic theories dimmed the radiance of Christ's all-sufficiency in meeting humanity's deepest needs?

Drawing inspiration from 2 Corinthians 3:5, we affirm that our sufficiency does not stem from human intellect or worldly wisdom, but solely from God Himself. As stewards of Biblical Counseling, we navigate a realm where human understanding falls short, relying instead on the inexhaustible resources found in Christ alone. In His Word and through His Spirit, we find all that is necessary for true transformation and restoration.

IABC’s 2023 Conference

Often Christians try to avoid conflict-but many of the Bible's interpersonal exhortations make conflict a necessity. Lou Priolo will take us through the biblical principles of conflict resolution, showing us what we need before, during, and after conflict. He also shares practical steps and advice, including specific talking points to help us be good conflict resolvers.

IABC’s 2022 Conference

God promises in His holy, all-sufficient, inerrant, inspired, authoritative word that if we set ourselves apart from the ways of the world and walk with God, He will be our God and will change our lives. The believer is called to godly living, but the issue at hand is this:

  • How does the believer accomplish this?
  • Where is the sufficient resource for godly living?

The natural mind thinks the power to godly living can be manufactured by self-discipline and human effort. But that is the way of the flesh. The Lord directs us to draw on a different resource. God’s provision alone brings sufficiency for godly living.
